VP Engineering, Player and Developer Experience at Electronic Arts (EA)

I am a seasoned technology leader passionate about making an impact by building innovative products to solve compelling problems. I love working with and learning from smart people to deliver thought-leading products. I have experience leading cross functional teams and I like building great engineering teams from the ground up while providing hands-on leadership and strategic vision. I have a wide range of experience working on everything from applications, online services, large scale distributed systems to mining very large data sets to gather insights for targeting new business opportunities and a variety of machine learning problems.

I am a VP of Engineering at Electronic Arts reporting to the CTO. As part of the core technology organization at EA I get to work on some innovative services and solutions to power the player network. I previously worked as a Director of Engineering in the Shipping & Logistics Science team at eBay where I worked on using massive amounts of user and behavioral data to improve the shipping experience for both buyers and sellers. I have held various roles in the Shipping domain ranging from building a common, shared platform to integrate multiple 3rd parties on core to managing cross border trade logistics and applications for sellers. Prior to working at eBay I was at Microsoft for a number of years starting as an individual contributor and growing into an engineering leader while working across several organizations.
